The Concept of Avadim Hayinu: It does say the word and concept means to serve and to worship. The evidence we see here is that Ham and his descendants were very creative as in Egypt and were the fore runners of every modern civilization we see in the world today. This includes Babylon. It is money itself and in the absence of basic income of consumption income in whatever form it is arranged, maybe the United States Peace Core as the basic civic duty with consumption income for every citizen on assignment around America and various parts of the globe if not already in some other form of employment, then people will just watch the good pile up in the warehouse and in the shop while Asia made a commitment to the consumption income in respecting this money in every citizen's hand as the conduit or road that will transmit the vehicles, food, phones, televisions and other goods that manifest culture and certainly also civilization much like a road. The Book of Eli does not say where the rest of the world or where Africa is after some kind of holocaust but the civic involvement that may cause some people to crave a war is best answered in peaceful civic involvement as you celebrate a more perfect union and involvement with duty moving into the future.

MCPHERSON'S THE ARK AND THE DOVE; If in the more than 44 years of Elizabeth' s rule Catholicism was not totally uprooted, much credit must go to William Allen, later Cardinal Allen. Resigning his position at Oxford rather than take the oath of supremacy, he saw that the continued existence of the Church would depend on a continuous supply of priests to say Mass, distribute communion, and hear confessions. Such a supply could not be found in England; therefore, seminaries had to be founded on the continent where Englishmen, called to be priests, could be trained and prepared for the work in their homeland.\par They established a school at St. Omer s in France for Catholic laymen as well as for Jesuits. Soon a relatively small number of men had upset Cecil s plan and sparked a revival of Catholicism wherever they went. These priests showed the small Catholic minority an alternative to the ways of apostacy or conspiracy to which their desperate circumstances might naturally lead them. They recalled to them the way of holiness which was the whole and true purpose of the Church, and many cheerfully and generously undertook to follow it though its path often meant poverty, disgrace, exile, imprisonment and death. JOSEPH W. MCPHERSON\par Cecil' s policy of not creating martyrs was shelved and a vast spy network was organized to hunt down the seminary priests and Jesuits and to punish those who aided them. Up to the later years of Elizabeth' s rule, there had been an uneasy alliance between the two major factions within Protestantism. The Anglicans followed the Lutheran doctrine of state supremacy and tolerated a good deal of ceremonial, while the Puritans shared the Calvinist belief that the Church should only be subject to godly men and that the state s role was to carry out the Christian rule of life laid down by the godly men of the Church. Both agreed in their view of the Pope as the anti-Christ and the Mass as idolatry. With the reemergence of a new vitality in the small Catholic remnant, the Puritans began to fear a Romanizing trend among the Anglicans. The alliance weakened and the Puritans began a major assault on the Anglican church. This assault was strongly resisted by Elizabeth' s successor, James, who harbored no fond memories of the Puritans of his native Scotland. That he tolerated the Popish religion, i.e. was not hard enough on it, was one of the strongest charges that the Puritans could lay against him and later against his son Charles I, whose French Wife, Henrietta Marie, was Catholic. The Puritan-dominated Parliament foisted strong anti-Catholic laws upon King Charles, petitioning him on March 31, 1628 for more rigorous execution of the recusancy laws and passing an act against sending any beyond the seas to be Popishly bred. But they would not give up the goal of extirpating Catholicism and all that reminded them of it from their native England.\par 12 JOSEPH W. MCPHERSON MARYLAND It was from this England of Charles I that the Ark and the Dove set sail. The tide of Puritanism was steadily rising and would topple the monarchy itself in 15 years, placing England under complete Puritan domination for 12 years during which even the celebration of Christmas would be abolished. These events and movements in the mother country would also affect the lives of the passengers of the Ark and the Dove, but not before new roots for the Catholic Church were to take hold in the land that would become the United States of America. As the Ark and the Dove set sail on that November day in 1633, the passengers committed the principal parts of their ship to the protection of God especially, and of his Holy Mother, and St. Ignatius, and all the guardian angels of Maryland.\rdblquote They prayed for a safe voyage, if it were Gods will, to their new home across the sea, but more than that they prayed that the events on this voyage would lead them further on their journey through life to their true home of Heaven. As Catholics, they committed their ship to Mary, the Mother of God, hope of Christians, to St. Ignatius, founder of the Society of Jesus, whose members had done so much \par 13 \par T H E A R K A N D T H E D O V E - N O . 1 2 8 to restore hope among English Catholics and two of whom were on board as chaplains to the expedition, to all their guardian angels and those of their new home which would be called Maryland. The name Maryland would be a name that would stick in any good Puritan throat for it was the Catholic devotion to the Mother of God that, next to Catholic belief in transubstantiation and allegiance to the spiritual supremacy of the Pope, that Puritans found most obnoxious. But George Calvert, the first Baron Baltimore, who more than anyone had been responsible for the expedition to Maryland, though he died two years before the Ark and Dove set sail, had cleverly added another meaning to the name which Puritans could not attack without being thought somewhat treasonous. When Calvert presented his carefully worded charter to Charles I, he left the name blank. When Charles asked what name he would give his new colony, Calvert responded with the rather incongruous name Crescentia which the king did not consider very appealing. Calvert was quick to suggest that perhaps the new colony could be named after the Queen, Henrietta Marie, who was called by the more familiar Mary in England. After Charles suggestion of Mariana was deemed inappropriate when Calvert reminded him of the Spanish theologian by that name who condoned regicide, Maryland was settled upon, a name of the King s own choosing. Not for nothing had this George Calvert risen to such a high position in the world of affairs. JOSEPH W. MCPHERSON George Calvert was born in 1580, the year of the Jesuit invasion as Cecil styled the entry into England of Fathers Campion and Persons. His mother, Alice Crossland, was the heiress of an ancient Yorkshire family whose arms of a red and silver botonee cross attested to an ancestor who had fought in the Crusades centuries before. Alice Crossland was also a recusant and was jailed and fined numerous times for her refusal to conform to the Church of England. George' s father, Leonard Calvert, was one of those energetic men from the yeomanry who were laying the foundations for England's future as a world power. He was a prosperous sheep herder, selling both wool and mutton in the booming markets of the day. As a practical man making his way in the world, it was natural for him to conform to the new state religion. His son too would conform. The prosperous father sent his son first to Oxford, where he received his bachelor of arts degree in 1597, and then on a grand tour of the Continent to complete his education. Young Calvert entered government service, catching the eye of Sir Robert Cecil, son of the late William who served as Elizabeth s and James Secretary of State.

The Lutheran, Puritan and Calvinist take on State authority and the church in the old world prior to 1633 in England was an argument that survived the Atlantic passage for too long now and has been reduced to a mantra about the separation of church and state; a mantra that seeks separation in fear of the worst that church employees or teachers may have done in devaluing the subject while promoting the authority. The real truth is that the Puritan is a kind of reformed Catholic and an agent of European culture in the new world. But, where does he go to church today? This is over now but fear is powerful in achieving the same devaluing of the subject which is human life in the absence of the rules that give respect to the same and also humane and civil boundaries concerning personal property and family life in word, art, communications and in deed as the mantra of free speech has worked to allow every kind of devaluing critter or creature in thought and in deed to infiltrate the public atmosphere under the other mantra that is the twin of the church/state diatribe as called the freedom of speech and while it is free, we cannot argue with the evidence in the cost of certain speech that is extolled as free but that is either criminal or simply confusing or misdirecting, distracting, destructive or certainly divisive and subtly socially decapitating whole generations as corrosive. The student is not a threat to a teacher's ego but a protected and valued building block in a family and also, therefore, society. Children are people too! We could go and watch Ren and Stempy and while you see nothing wrong with it, it is because it is not the cartoon or tv that nursed you in the most vulnerable years of life when the soul and personality is being constructed to understand self value and self respect and that there are boundaries to be respected in the lives of others in addition to your own life; physical boundaries and emotional boundaries also. Ozark and every other movie or show that makes you thankful there is a cop who can respond to a 911 call in Seven minutes. The Catholic Church supports state authority as over the church while in Rome the church maintains its own state but the practical truth is the acceptance of different denominations and churches that will, if in genuine stride as to the value of the building block of society and of the human life, agree and confirm the same in mutual and similar creeds although there may be some nuance. God is one. The Crown is one. The state is one. Its purpose is peace, order and good government as stated by some and the life, liberty, health and property as stated by others. Separating Church and State can confirm religious freedom and freedom of assembly but any assembly that threatens the lives of other individuals who are sworn to a sacred allegiance to defend his brother citizen is a threat to all; a threat to the state while all men could state that they are religiously free to kill, steal and destroy any man they want but this is a threat to the general peace and the right life and liberty of others in the mutual happiness; a mutual happiness. The State is the amalgamation of a total and general will of all citizens to carry on in the right and lawful daily pursuits and the boundary is to respect the right and lawful pursuit of others. The 'Me' or the 'My' dream approach or my world view that must be heard in spite of its threat to the unspoken but evident boundaries in the rights to safety as vested in us all would have to be addressed since you would have to agree that no one has the right to threaten you as a white man in the absence of basic income in your automated economy. But, the absence threatens everyone really. The goal is not a desert of the real as you hope and pray to see what God does after ward while you hunt for nuclear contaminated cats in the woods with a cross bow. The school is one sphere of debate on this issue of separation and the public does not have to be Catholic or Church run as there are other religious persuasions who must attend and it is just a waste of time for the majority to be taken up with religious instruction beyond the most simple observation of the beliefs of the founding fathers of the nation and why you would be so fortunate to attend a free school today. They do believe in Jesus Christ and there is nothing wrong with confirming this in a history class and there are some who were Jewish; certainly. The bible should be in the library and that is the end of it. There will be no altar call during public school education and nor will there be the Lord's prayer. You can pray before and after school or at lunch time. The churches can run their own school and school system but compliance with the national or state syllabus is paramount and there will be fines if state standards are not maintained as to the reading and arithmetic since the final debate as to the safety of traffic lights and streets and subways in addition to the simple purchase of a BMW hydrogen 7 that runs on gas, hydrogen and propane to save your money is not a very difficult three fuel or three angled economic debate. It always adds up to use the cheapest and most abundant fuel at any given time in our march toward greater efficiency and human felicity. Church membership will stay constant and there is no need to sow desperation or need to ensure there is misery for membership. There are families and there are women who read bad magazines and men who choose to watch the belly dancer and giver her $20.00 instead of watching your wife change and giving her $20.00. Your freedom to produce what you want and communicate messages of human life and experience have to respect a denominator more than they do not since there are children who could be unwitting victims and may never recover from what was intended to heal a drug addict or some other monster who is the slave to their angers. The denominator is that there has to be moral to the story that supports what some of us may not have had and that we might have chosen as an object of resentment but it has to be supported for the purposes of a safe society. This is the family as the building block of society. This is the final denominator in any government and in any church and as such their efforts are not separable but compatible with clean water that encourages fertility, good teeth and good health along with a function mail and courier system, hospitals and schools in addition to an economy that will always be automated since the automation is the testimony of the first truly consumer society and maximum automation is not sought in destroying the subject of economic endeavor; that being the family but supporting the family and the individuals therein. The sale of the notion of the individual is always subsumed to the paramount goal of the family and even an individual can be a family of one with a dog or cat and maybe a girlfriend down the road he will never be truly alone as all have contact with others with the loving bump, push and apology on the subway. He nevr feels too alone as he watches tv communally as people watch him through his web cam or his television cable box and he will eat what ever pate he chooses or maybe the occasional fish and chips dish or maybe the instant soup and ramen. This issue of church and state is a non issue since when does the state not have authority over the individual or its own organisations if not the number of people who can fit into a room under fire regulations? There is a building code for plumbing and the quality and nature of fire alarms. You spend so much time arguing and you did it before but this time you can see that your experience as a consumer society and all that it demanded from capitalism is being sold back to you buy societies who were less consumptive and hyper in terms of consumption. You bought the Honda and the Toyota because you deserve a break today. You are worth it. Here's to you! But, there are some of you who are resistant! You do not want to rest! You could also be motivated by fear as they did not offer you the option when the machines showed up so in the stalemate and with no option provided, you must have quietly and with organization, damaged the machines bought by US industry for automation and you kept your hands working but it seems there was no commitment made by government to the family; no commitment to consumption and no commitment to the individual so that consumption would thrive since the auto workers goal is not enough money to eat, live and pray. He wants to support his church and he probably has other skills that the economy can use and thereby it will benefit once the North American industry and government make commitment via basic income to consumption for the families that are the building block of society for more Tide, Coca Cola and Kraft foods.
