The Catholic faith has achieved its goal of national saturation but the road is certainly quite good in delivering the culture but there is a hedging against fulfillment of households per capita while being a member is a good thing and the population will never be too happy or too satiated in North America as not to need a church family. Emperor Constantine is really the first head of the Catholic Church and we thank God as he believes that he received a vision that told him that he would, by the cross, conquer. Apostle Peter is granted the title as Pope posthumously by Emperor Constantine himself although we know Apostle Peter was actually martyred by an earlier Emperor like the Apostle Paul and many, if not all, of the Apostles suffered this same martyrdom and were canonized later by the Roman Catholic Church after the church was consolidated as the official Church in the official Christian faith of Rome.    The Catholic Church is a Christian denomination or, if you wish, an embodiment of the Church that El Cristo said He would build upon the life of Peter as the first canonized  Saint if you wish but not the first Pope except but posthumously in the granting of this title but the truly first Pope.  We can see the bible sold by the Catholic Church and the same bible they use for ministry confirms that Apostle Peter was martyred as Christ said he would be.
