Whether the Catholic Church is the empire or the church, we submit to its authority. We give our submission. It is a church and with its evident power, we cannot tolerate uneven roads, bad water or any economy or economic jurisdiction, province, country or state that does not have basic income. The power of this Church is intrinsic. The purpose is certainly peace. Our attention is bestowed upon its marvelous service. We acknowledge our Lord(the Christ) and His authority or is it that you not sure? The Church or Empire has achieved it's global saturation. But, as a church or empire the only way to maintain saturation in the age of automated, robotic labor in industrialism is with basic income to keep civilization stable and going forward. You have the power to navigate any hindrance and achieve the basic income policy.
